Location/ recce manger	Roxane	This is because she is because she is reliable on getting this job done, she also know exactly what we need to do and sort out to do with the locations of our music video.
Casting agent	Roxane	This is because the people she is staring in the music video she is closer with them; in this case she will have more contact with the actors, as it is her friends, which is staring in this.
Costume design	Leanne and Chireece	We have decided as a group that these people will be ok to do this, we trust them because they have creative and mind and think outside the box in the different ways we can portray a character.
Set manager	Roxane	This is because she can take care of everything, she is a very organized person and make sure that everything is in the scene that we are about to film. She also knows when an where to put things
Photography	Chireece	This is because she reliable to get this done also we trust her to get the photos while we are filming the actual music video
Call sheets	Roxane	This is the case because she is a very hardworking young lady; she is also responsible one in the group.
Script writers	Leanne	This is because she always has good ideas on what to do with certain parts of the music video, secondly she has good writing skills
Storyboard	Leanne	This is because we can trust her with doing the storyboard, she will produce this task effectively and correctly to make sure that our idea is shown clearly in this storyboard and in step by step. In addition to this the storyboard needs to be creative with pictures, which is why we put Leanne up for the job as she can draw pretty good.
Flat plan		This is because she is an artist person
Camera operator	Chireece	This is because she gets things done also she ahs an eye for detail and knows how to handle a camera because of past experience
Cast	Roxane	This is because she has communication with the people
Lighting	Roxane	She will know how to set each scene done it before in another task
Production schedule	Chireece, Roxane and Leanne	Needs to make sure that all here of us are on the same idea, we work together the best to get an perfect idea
Treatment	Chireece, Leanne and Roxane	Knows how to work and adds interesting ideas
Director	Chireece and Roxane	This is because if one of us is not in the other one can take over, we are reliable on making people listen to us and don’t take people mucking around when filming an important scene. Another reason is that we are very dominating young ladies and don’t hesitate to ask for people to do something over and over again when something is not right.  Lastly we have good skills such as leadership.
Cinematography	Chireece and Roxane	This is because we know our cinematography
Make up artist	Leanne and Roxane	This is because Leanne works in a hair and beauty shop is professional at doing girls make up
Costume	Leanne	This is because she will be much more interested in sorting out finding out costume that people will wear, she is also a person who likes fashion which is why she will be good for the job
Copy writer	Chireece	She is organized and gets stuff done on schedule
Editing	Chireece, Roxane and Leanne	All the ideas we have as a group could help with the editing to make something amazing. We all work will in the editing of a piece of work before and could do it again. We all can help each other use the final cut pro software because some of us may find it difficult to use.
Typography	Leanne	This is because she is the person with the writing skills
Photo-shop/ in design fireworks	Chireece, Roxane and Leanne	We can use each other to make our idea greater; photo shop is a new thing to us so we will help each other use it.
Sound editor	Chireece, Roxane and Leanne	We all work together well moreover when editing the sound people may not hear what fits where and may need help on an idea on where to put the sound in the correct place. ….
